These terms ("Terms") apply to your use of IVF AI Clinic, including our early-access program, support communications, and SMS program. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

SMS Program

Program name: IVF AI Clinic. IVF AI Clinic may send conversational early-access and support SMS messages, including messages from Ivy, when you provide consent. By submitting your phone number, starting an SMS conversation, replying to a message, or otherwise opting in, you consent to receive conversational SMS messages from IVF AI Clinic. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or use of any other IVF AI Clinic service.

Help and Opt Out

Reply HELP for help at any time. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS from us unless you opt in again. You can also contact support@ivfaiclinic.com for support.

No Medical Advice

IVF AI Clinic is for general informational and organizational support only. It is not a medical provider. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, prescriptions, dosing guidance, treatment recommendations, emergency care, or a substitute for your doctor, clinic, or emergency services. Do not rely on IVF AI Clinic for medical decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical questions. For urgent or emergency concerns, contact emergency services (call 911) or your medical provider immediately.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Transmit harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content
• Use the service in a way that could harm other users

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a manner we reasonably consider harmful.

Early Access and Accounts

IVF AI Clinic is currently in early access. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time. Early-access invitations are at our discretion. We do not guarantee availability, uptime, or uninterrupted service during or after early access.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software provided through IVF AI Clinic are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IVF AI Clinic and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
